Mykonos, Greece

Oh how lovely it was to stay on Mykonos 2 nights and relax. A quick 20 minute flight from Athens. There was 1 coffee shop open in the whole town so we sat there waiting till our Air Bnb was ready and met wonderful locals.
Melinas apartment is a wonderful place to stay.
After, resting we set out to lunch. There were 3 restaurants open on the island. We chosoe Music Cafe. It was very good and not too exspensive. We found ourselves there a few more times.
It was the coldest day on the island in 5 years and it was raining. We napped and relaxed in the warm apartment.

We headed out to Dinner at Alegro. Very nice Italian resturaunt. I had the best Fettachine Alfredo I have ever had, and the best red wine 🍷.
Eager, for a sunny day the next day. We went to bed early. We did wake up to the sunshine and went looking for breakfast. All we had to do was walk for 2 minutes and we could smell the bakery.
We walked to see the windmills and the churches and the beach views. After, a few hours you have seen a lot, and we had lovely pictures of all the white.
Eating at the Music Cafe for lunch and Alegro for dinner again. This was the best food we have had yet on our trip( besides the Gelato in Italy). I would definetly come back in September, the locals said it is the best month. Still warm, but not very crowded, lots of shopping, eating, and beaches. The winter was lovely though and so quiet after the hustle and bustle of big cities for a week. Also, it was very inexspensive:)
